Shipping costs & time


For products available in Prompt Delivery, we normally ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment (except for cash on delivery).

Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday.

The shipment of our items is via Express Courier GLS-Executive which guarantees complete traceability of goods and delivery in general 24/48 hours except areas and municipalities not easily accessible.

It is at the discretion of Girashop Bulgaria to entrust shipments also to national couriers other than GLS to always guarantee an efficient service and maximum customer care.

The customer who does not collect the goods or requests the return to the sender will be charged and withheld from any refund, all costs incurred for the return of the goods.

Attention: for orders forwarded in Mark rejected or not withdrawn at the time of delivery, there is a penalty of € 25.00 which includes the costs of storage and the cost of forward and return shipments to our warehouse.

It is also envisaged the method of payment on delivery for orders up to a total of € 2900.00.

The cost of the Cash on Delivery service is 1.5% on the amount of the cash on delivery.

All shipping costs are charged to the customer and made known during the purchase process, before the actual order confirmation.

All shipments are considered insured.

The insurance is provided for partial coverage and covers cases of force majeure or: theft of packages, loss of packages, damage to packages or failure to deliver parcels (caused by courier). There is no coverage for cases of replacement of the goods or any other case that is not previously covered. As a result of one of the cases of force majeure provided by the coverage, except for cases of damage to packages and failure to deliver by the courier, it is required formal declaration of the event to be carried out within 24 hours from the date of collection / occurred and to be anticipated through the email address info@global-ecig.com and at the same time always within 24 hours send by registered letter with return receipt. In the case of theft of the packages, only in case it is declared by the courier therefore cases of "replacement of goods" are excluded, for which the courier and Girashop Bulgaria are no longer responsible, a copy of the complaint made with P.S. o Carabinieri, to be sent in advance by email to info@global-ecig.com and at the same time send a registered letter A / R strictly within the next 24 hours. The letters of denunciation of the event (formal or effective) should be addressed to: Girashop Bulgaria Ltd - Ul. Nedelcho Bonchev, 41.1528 Sofia - strictly within 24 hours of the incident, any other reason that causes delay on this term will decay any responsibility of Girashop Bulgaria and any insurance of the courier.


As a result of the above and of verification by courier (duration between 1 and 6 months max), in case of positive outcome of the practice, in cases of force majeure expected, and only in such cases and in compliance with the terms of times of denunciation (24 hours from the incident), another order will be sent to the customer after payment to Girashop Bulgaria of 10% + VAT of the total order (where required) as expenses for the practical management of reimbursement and re-dispatch of goods (except stock availability).


Following a verification procedure with a courier with a non-positive result, or in any case of non-compliance with the deadline, Girashop Bulgaria declines all responsibility for cases of force majeure listed above and therefore any type of refund or reshipment will not be valid order.
